I think that a bicycle with that bold a paint scheme invites a bit more in the way of stylistic critiques than would one that has a more "everyday" look to it. It's a beautiful frame, and I would wager that it looks awesome from the cockpit (as well as riding great).
Those are "white" hoods...obviously slightly grey from usage...probably a more important aesthetic that works "less well" on this particular bike is the white cranks...as they "blend" into the white on the lower part of the bike. On this bike, though, more important that the aesthetics is the ride...great riding bike...and the Sante group works good!
