For C-41, I believe it's $10 a roll for 24 or 36 exposures. Slide film adds another $2 per roll. Sorry, but I don't know the dpi on the various scans.

I use The Darkroom in California, and have been pleased overall. I have ordered some prints that came back less than stellar, but an emil to them usually gets a quick response, and they have always reprinted at no charge. I've learned to request that they print with no auto-correction for color, contrast, etc. that has helped a lot.

And I don't know about Ilford, but I'm pretty sure there are some C-41 B&W options out there. I'm still drinking the Tri-X koolaid, though.
