The spline pattern for Campagnolo cassettes and freehub bodies is the same for current 9, 10, and 11 speeds parts. The only thing that has changed is the width of the individual cogs and the width of the spacers. I would wager that the reason the higher model hub/wheelset excludes 9sp from the listing is because 9sp is becoming increasingly closer to obsolescence with respect to road bikes.

But I must admit that I have no direct experience with the Fulcrum wheelsets you are asking about. I do, however, ride a bike equipped with 10sp Campy Record and know for a fact that current 9, 10, and 11 speed cassettes will fit on the freehub body.
