When I stopped I became a care giver for my wife who is now well enough that I can get back to bike. Of course I have all the base miles to do to get the distance up and that will take some time. For those of you who don't know me I was a roadie and did lots of "tours". I am not to sure I will be doing anymore 100 mile+ races again but I sure would like to try. I also have about 25 lbs to lose. It's good to be back on the bike again for sure.
