SixPackABS I was able to have an email conversation with the guy that posted the video. I made changes to the ION mount based on those conversations. Shapeways customer service is very good and he was able to have them replace the mount with the revised one. I hadn't heard from him since that time. It was modified so that all side to side and up and down movement was eliminated.
