Here's some good hi-viz shirts. I've owned and used these myself. The ANSI (meaning actually right color AND flourescent dye used) colors last through many washings. The fabric is tough but doesn't breathe really well. Also the cuffs are a little tight on the long sleeve version. I cut off the cuffs, which then permitted cooling air to blow up sleeves and yet still provide some UV protection.

Why and one is one this Radian HI-VIS T-Shirts! and I then ask about the

and since I wear USMC Camo Pants when biking in the winter and ATD padded
Touring Shorts under ATD Baggy Touring Shorts summer and I have been wearing
Olive green and Sand tan and I like to be seen by morons driving Cars etc in
Southern California
