Actually, I just use the universal mount and stick it on whatever case I have at the time. Much cheaper that way.

I got one with the sticky tape. The instructions said the tape was incompatible with the plastic of my iPhone case. No problem, I sanded a spot on the case and removed all the sticky tape, gave the plastic substrate a good sanding. and used Ultra Bond super glue. So far, so good. It holds my iPhone 6 securely through all the potholes.
