Definitely older than 1982. I'm guessing from the early/mid 70s due to the decals, ten speed, Campagnolo Valentino Extra shifters. Probably on the lower end since it doesn't have a rear hanger for the derailleur and the 1-20 tubing. Very cool looking forks, I've never seen any like those.

I have no clue on the model, but here's a 73 catalog in Italian to gander at compare and compare notes. (VeloBase.com - Catalog Scans). Very nice bike.

More close up pics of the rear stays/chain stays/derailleurs/headset/badge etc. will give more clues.
