If you like the job don't rock the boat. The way I see it is they are paying you to do a job the way they want it done, if you take the check you should do how they want it done. My boss does the same thing, sort of. He runs everyday on his lunch, changes clothes in his office, discreetly but not really behind closed doors (people sometimes walk in on him shirtless) and he leaves his clothes hanging in his bathroom, But it's all good, it's his name on the sign hanging on the building . Please don't think I'm complaining, I love my job and the family that owns the company, and my boss (the oldest son) is absolutely the best person I know, I've worked for them since I got out of school and plan to until I retire.
