Actually seriously, do you need someone in the pit? I've never been to a cross race and it seems like it'd be fun, if I could help you out at the same time I'd be happy to.
That's really kind of you to offer. As it stands, I do not have a pit bike, only wheels, so there wouldn't really be anything for you to do. You should still check out a race sometime this fall if you get a chance. Even if you're not racing, the atmosphere is typically really fun and the racing is really good to watch.
