Working on building a new bike from the frame up. I called a couple of shops and a few won’t even do the job if I have “used parts”. One shop said around $300 and one place quoted $100-$150. Is that a normal price range? I don’t have all the parts yet, but just trying to get an idea of how much I need to put aside for the build.

I didn't figure it would be that much since the BB is already installed.
