I registered the bike with Gios. And my bike was confirmed as a Gios Torino Professional. The fork is not atypical, its the same as my red Gios. They also have a signature "Pinch" at the proximal end of the fork, this was very characteristic. There seems to be variations in the Professional. Knowing the history of Gios, its easy to understand what really happened.

Also, this is the only Gios website that is recognized and is known as the "original." The same designation on the forks. It seems he built the bike himself.
