Significant, 15-25% discount on accessories bought with a new bike is pretty standard with bike shops even if not on clearance, so I wouldn't accept that alone as incentive as you should expect that any time you buy.

The bikes right now may be marked down to near cost due to the need to clear inventory space.

Similar to buying a car at model year end, if you can resist going for the brand new 2016 models and will settle for the outgoing year version, or even better older than that.
