Hoods are nice for the saddle wag though I prefer top bars better i can pull em for better power ots. Drops for uphill headwinds saddle breaks and fast descents. I've been doing some ots drills like every time I see a car i'll go ots for 3-7 seconds depending on traffic. The endurance builds up quick that way lol i've found it has helped up my ftp too esp climbs
