Big Chainring in front..small in rear is preferred for pics
Your tire is not lined up with valve (writing should be near valve)
Crank arm lined up with seat tube is preferred angle... atleast for me.
Bars are kinda tilted up too... but I can let that slide if it allows you to ride
and then there is the pedals...but same as above
