Much as already been pointed out. You should set up the bike for you to actually be able to ride it, not for HrN. The real problem is that you bought the wrong size/type of bike for you fitness levels and flexibility
1. Rocket launchers and mismatched cages.
2. Bars rotated so high that the drops probably aren't even usable with a huge spacer stack and flipped up stem
3. Pedals
4. Tire labels not lined up
5. Ugly and excessive chainrings for a road bike
6. Poor cabling job
