Context? The context is you getting hit while crossing a street in a designated crosswalk while RIDING a bicycle. Did you or did you not write about whether your rights as a pedestrian were violated in this instance? Tell all of us again.

My stance is clear.

Ride your bicycle on the street. That is your right as a cyclist.

When you are on a bicycle, you are not exercising your rights as a pedestrian.
