old's'cool I don't mind missing a day here and there. It happens a good bit for me because I often have mid-day, off-campus meetings with community partners and don't have time to get to the meeting and back to campus without being late for something. I don't like those days, though, and feel a little sluggish. If it happens two days in a row, I get really antsy and make sure to take a short spin just for the fun of it when I get home.
