Yeah.....here's what's happening. The al. section of the rim has a sleeve at the joint. This sleeve is now loose and rattling. I have the same issue and it drives me nuts. I squirted expanding foam into both sides to stabilize it and my efforts failed. I don't recommend failing because now I can't get to it. Good luck.
