I'd guess that too with the Rigida rims although the fork crown seems a bit too simplistic. The Suntour Power shifters place it in the early 80s, and the Gran Comps go from the late 70s to 80s as well. More detailed pics of the parts, drops, and lugs would help (as well as serial number as [MENTION=205648]Hummer[/MENTION] suggest).
