I don't think the actual sizing has changed much at all except they seem to have gone back to a more horizontal top tube. They have changed the measuring of the seat tube from center of bb to the top of the top tube (the previous way) to center of bb to top of seat tube (current way).

I doubt I would have noticed the change if I hadn't seen this post. I look at the top tube length with more interest than the seat tube.
