So it has True Temper 4130 main tubes? I like the color. After a polish it might look even better. Touch up the paint scrapes on the fork and you're good to go.

I'd ride it stock for a while just to see if you enjoy the ride. Or if you're itching to do the conversion, swap the bars and the levers first and get the fit how you like it. Ride it around for a while to see if you want to devote more parts and labor to it.
