My other hobby/profession is classical pianist. I don't think cycling has really helped it, but the piano playing has helped cycling in one way. My hands and forearms are so strong that braking has never been a problem. I have at times worried about whether the brake levels/cable/brake shoes could withstand the strain, but so far no problem. I never have any fatigue in my arms.
