Italvega "Nuovo Sport" - dating help; what have I got here?

I picked this up this evening. It is an Italvega "Nuovo Sport", which I gather was a sort of entry level Italvega back in the day. I'm not finding date codes on any of the components, nor any sort of tubing sticker on the frame. From the bit of research I've done so far I'm guessing that it is mostly original.

Campagnolo downtube shifters and Valentino? derailleurs. Nervar cottered crankset. Gnutti high flange hubs lace to Nisi clincher rims. TTT stem and unmarked bars. Universal Model 61 center pull brakes. Stamped dropouts, and the only numbers I've found are a 4 digit serial number stamped on the underside of the bottom bracket.

It is cleaning up nicely; the chrome looks great after a bit of effort with the brass wool. Any ideas about the age of the bike? I'm guessing early 1970's?
