Thanks - I actually think it looks good in person with the polished rivets and glossy leather. Leather finish matches the glossy Zipp stem, shiny bar tape and glossy seatpost. Sort of a steam punk aesthetic. I could have put on a spare black Selle racing saddle just to stage it, but the photo was mid ride and I love this Brooks. Whole point of the build is a lifetime bike for long comfortable rides. Of course as an Architect, I couldn't help myself to make sure it looks good.
