Bikes: 2014 Cannondle Synapse 5 105 carbon , 2015 Rocky Moutain Altitude 750

I did over 600 miles before the problem started now every ride almost it goes out of thrue. My lbs is nice they only charged me once $20 to fix. But getting annoying to go there every week almost
