My other one has this problem

Upon closer inspection :

This one i need to fix as well...maybe obtain BB aluminium sleeves from ?? Not sure where they sell this...they would then need to be bonded to bottom bracket area somehow...or maybe is toasted and just trash it...but out of the 2 frames i need 2 save one
