My commute would end up being 35miles each way. And on windy 50mph with 70mph wind gusts days or other weather days that can be a long way to do twice. Not that i haven't done rides like that.but to do that long everyday wouldn't be fun i normally do 20-40milles on my bike 4-5days a week ,but 70 on a loaded bike with work stuff would be a different battle. If i worked close id love to be able to ride to work. Maybe one day i will be tough enough to ride 70miles a day on a loaded bike but thats not today
I agree. That's too far for most mortal men and women to ride on a daily basis. Aren't there trains or buses in your area?
