I will be riding the Bike the Coast Century the week before. I have been away since getting sponsored by a local hospital to run a half marathon triple crown with a team of other medically challenged individuals, including one with a now two year old heart transplant.

It durn near wrecked my feet. Now I am done and back on the bike.

I will let you know at the last minute if I feel up to it. Bike the Coast is a fairly easy Century with only about 2k feet of climbing.
