Some advice would be nice

Finally pulled the trigger and joined bikeforums after sometime of snooping around doing my on hw.
Some advice and opinion and lead to the right track would be very awesome
this is going to be my first "track" bike and I also want to try to go to a velodrome since one is not far from where I live (LB ca)and its in carson if I ever get the chance to go. I have quite some experience with fixed riding also since couple of my friends have them tho I still cannot skid. I'm around 150+/- and 5'7-8 which if I read correctly should ride around the 53-55 size(???)
At first I wanted to build a bike from the frame up but it cost a little bit too much for my wallet currently and I read that it is better to just buy a complete to see and know what I like and dont like to know what would go and replace.
My current picks are the #KiloTT from BD
Save Up to 60% Off Mercier Fixie Singlespeed Track Bikes - Kilo TT PRO
and this Aventon complete by Aventon (not the one by CG or some other website that includes parts that can be found in 6ku or so bikes)
Aventon Mataro Track Bike | City Grounds
If theres a "better bang of the buck" option in this price range I'd like to hear/see them.

also If I ever decided to build from the frame up I have narrowed it down to either the Soma rush from RG or the Leader Cretin. any thoughts and advices on my choices? oh and also the BLB Classic R since thats also in the price range (and it comes in blue! which is a bonus) and also the BLB Lo pro though that frame i think might be too aggressive for me so not really to keen on that one (or am I kidding my self here because of my other frame choices.) Oh and the BB17 Transfer also but thats prolly the least since its quite up there in price compared to the others BUT I FIND THE RAW VERSION VERRY COOL THOUGH
and if i do build parts would be along the lines of H+Son Archetype from velomine, Leader I803/5 fork or their own respective forks, and Sram Omnoms/300s

Im still kind of leaning towards the build my own even though my wallet is all in on the built and ride.

any kind of help/advice/opinion/thought about this would be appreciated

Thank you against!~
