Assuming those are genuine Sugino 75 crankarms, that's a very good deal. I'm not quite sure what's going on with the logo near the axle end of the crankarm though. As to the BB, I wouldn't get the stock unsealed unit, and would instead get a sealed cartridge unit like the TangeSeiki one that you can buy from Retrogression.
