As to the BB, I wouldn't get the stock unsealed unit, and would instead get a sealed cartridge unit like the TangeSeiki one that you can buy from Retrogression.

That's a Fuji logo and they are 175mm (making them not such a good deal).
I got 172.5 which is what I wanted since it's for road, not track use. (I run 170mm on the track at 44 degrees)
