No screw in the pointy end. The small screw is where one of the ring terminals for the wire from the dynahub connects. I took it out just to make sure it wasn't also holding a removable unit within the housing. The silver plastic conical bezel turns independently from the red plastic light cover, which doesn't move. I backed off the nuts from the mounting bolt as much as possible--the bolt shaft is bent--and the bracket loosened away from the housing but there isn't a way for the housing to really open or spread. It looks like the red plastic may be threaded so perhaps it is stuck. I will keep trying but am afraid of breaking it. Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading!
