no bag. All lives in the middle jersey pocket. A small ziploc bag (inside sprinkled with baby powder), one tube, patch kit, spoke wrench, dollar bill, two allen keys. On one water bottle days, this can all live in an old bottle that has the top cut off in the seat post cage.

The baby powder (talc is fine too) lubes the tube to easy installation.
