Just a WAG but, judging from those Raleigh decals, center pull brakes, & Suntour shifters I'd put it before 1980. Maybe a mid 70's vintage. It looks like a pretty decent ride. If you put some elbow grease into it & clean it up a little you could get $100 for it. Maybe more if you're lucky.
