Okay, here's the current spec: Everything is Deore LX except the rear derailleur which was upgraded to Deore XT. Bontrager stem and Ritchey seatpost. Fork is Rock Shox Judy XC, wheels are 26" Matrix with Deore LX hubs. That's straight from a couple FB PMs Scott sent me yesterday.

I already have plans to swap the saddle out with one of my two remaining Flite titanium saddles. I think that would be the perfect, minimalist saddle for this, plus it would be PC and they're comfortable - I used to run them exclusively from the early 90s until I began riding Concors and 3ttts in the mid-2000s. I also found a correct Pulse II decal set on Ebay.
