Recovery Monday, with yoga in the evening. Rest day yesterday.
TT bike workout this am, with some standing starts and turns and then a bit of tempo. It's a almost a miracle how much better this bike is now with the fit changes. And. The. Wheels.
It was a good ride, except I was distracted doing the TT turns because I was doing them in the dark and we had wet roads and debris washed onto roads from yesterday's deluge and a little bit of traffic and I was thinking about all of those things and missing my power targets in between the turns.
But spooling that bike up and just riding it in mostly straight lines is so much fun. Its a really beautiful thing.
