+1 on Nite Ize Handlband. I purchased from PB, but also just noticed it at Walmart.
Cheap, easy to work with. There's two slits in it where you can zip tie it to secure it to the stem, which works for me. I don't have to worry about it getting snatched up, just unmount celly and roll.
