I think I read somewhere that the 420, 440, & 460 all had the same frame but, the higher model numbers had better components. I've got the first year made 84 model 440. It's a good riding machine equipped with mid level Suntour derailleurs & Sugino cranks. I converted it to upright handlebars and, put an inexpensive seat with spring suspension on it.
