Yeah, it's not the end of the world if you can't get your feet placed in the first two pedal strokes (well, it can be if your foot slips off and you fall in front of a moving car ) -- I was mostly getting at how this could make things even tougher for a clipless newbie. I'm actually considering a move to single-sided pedals on one bike.
