Just picked up this one on Amazon:

So far, its been flawless! A bit pricey, but a nice slimline case and the stem mount works fine. Case locks on to the mount with a slide clip, and you just tighten the stem bolt to increase/decrease tension for viewing angle. Don't know if they make it for other phones or not, but it works great for the Note 4.
