Yeah... They didn't make much sense to me either.
Currently running these Campagnolo pedals with cages but I feel like I don't have enough leverage over the pedal. I'm thinking about running some straps.
Also, getting both feet into the cages is more tedious than I anticipated. I'm looking for a trick or tip as to how to get my feet in there easier.
