The answer is, "YES!" My teammate rides a 2011 Colnago that is all Campy and when anything gets replaced, it's Campy. I had the option of getting Campy on my Colnago, when I bought it in 2012, but opted for Shimano Ultegra instead. As much as I ride and go through parts, buying all Campy replacement parts would definitely put a dent in my wallet.
