P.S. I don't like panniers as they are difficult to carry around in pairs when I'm off my bike - urban walking, at coffee shops etc.
Chrome Metropolis, everything your Ortlieb bag has, plus buckles to keep the flap closed. I bought mine in 2008, and have been using it non-stop every since. Only thing that broke was a buckle that got slammed in a door, it was cheap and easy to repair.
