Since we are becoming more familiar with Strava here in the 50+ forum I wonder if any would like to "follow up" with me. I appreciate reading of others weekly achievements and workouts. Also, it motivates me to know others are watching to give me additional motivation to get out there....especially as winter draws near.

Even though winter can be tough up here in Michigan on the 45th. This will be my first winter revisiting my childhood days of snow riding but with the acquisition of a mountain bike, a 2004 Trek 820 Single Track. The "iron maiden" that entraps me every winter wont seem so menial.
