I would say it's an 81 also I'm pretty sure this was the only year Fuji's had centerpulls and the braze on's. Nice bike but fairly low end and somewhat neglected flat bad tire's loose chain looks to have been garaged unused for a long time. I would say $75 or so value in current shape.
