Did a 24 mi. ride with my gf today. Used the segments as intervals and really soft pedaled the rest. Got a PB on a sprint at our town green. This was only my second time with that segment. The first time was two days ago with some headwinds but managed 21.8 mph. Today, no headwinds but I have to ride on the hoods 'cause my fused neck doesn't allow a lot of time in the drops. Still I upped my result to 24.1 mph and I am pumped. Now I'm really addicted.
