How long until you have discomfort?

Hey,

I am wondering how long you can ride until you start feeling discomfort and until you need to stand/move/walk/whatever to relieve the pain/discomfort/numbness.
After 1:30-2hrs I usually start to feel discomfort and 2:30-3hrs I cannot continue.

I guess this isn't normal and some things could be changed but how much can it get better? i.e. if my fit was perfect, I wonder how long I could keep going until I feel discomfort and how long until it is really too painful to continue?

So far I got a new bib (Craft EB body) but the saddle I had (Bontrager SLX carbon) didn't fit really well (I feel like it's too padded with the bib). I am making a wedge but it needs to be sanded as I can feel the wedge edge in my shoe which cause hotspot and pain. My stem probably has to be changed as I feel a neck pain (I believe the handlebar is too far and too low) and some discomfort in my hands (I change position a lot after 2hrs).

All of this combined makes me wonder if I really want to continue spending more in bike despite the fact I love riding. It seems like 1-2hrs is the max I can do actually as after 2hrs it is no longer enjoyable.

By the way, I am a student and cannot afford seeing a professional. I have a valgus and it will probably require a custom sole. For now I found some rubber pads that I cut and sanded to make a wedge. With multiple trials, I hope to make the "perfect" wedge or at least something that can allow me to be a bit more comfortable longer.
