Over three decades ago I rode N to S on what would much later become the Oregon and California portions of the Sierra Cascades ACA route by accident. Along the way I learned that a tourist was preceding me and was going to write a guide book. Never caught up to the guy and never ran across any guide book from that ride until seeing the ACA maps.
