Hehe, yeah, I know I felt scammed when I found out my "105 component" bike had a Tiagra FD, but its an FD, probably one of the least stressed parts of the group IMO, even compared to brakes and especially the rear FD. Anyway, apparantly Tiagra FD fits 31.8. As for other things, the frame is $299 and shipping will be $15. Considering I wanted a cheaper decent frame (hesitent about frames from fetish and leader on ebay for about the same price) I thought this might be a good direction.

Open to opinions of course - I haven't put anything in stone yet.
